How can you tell or how did they tell if a book of the bible was inspired or not before rejecting it?
How did they know ‘this book is inspired’ and the other one ‘is not inspired’ when composing the bible together sense it was written at different times by different people at different places?
The Gospel of Luke opens with the confession that he wrote from all that had written and he did ti for his Emperor and this is an admission that there was no inspiration to write from any God.
John closed his Gospel with the admission that “We” know this is the truth thereby disclaiming the Gospel as of John but as of many like Luke>
